Drinking...
So we talked about drinking in our class. If you are with family and they give you a drink then it is legal, so why do people flip out when I have just had one drink. I was family and I was bet that I couldn't drink a glass of rum. I took that glass and chugged and the family just looked at me like "Holy Crap!" I think that drinking in moderation is fine. A lot of people say that people who drink alcohol are going to Hell. Jesus drank wine. Does that mean that Jesus is going to Hell? If you say yeah, you might want to think of where you are going. Some people will say that Jesus really only drank grape juice. Yes, it was grape juice, but it was juice made from fermented grapes. For those of you who didn't listen in Biology or just don't remember, let me remind you that fermentation is any process that produces alcoholic beverages or acidic dairy products. Fermentation is chemical reaction that produces CO 2 and alcohol. What do you know Jesus drank alcohol. I also believe that it is illegal for me to drink at a party where a family member is not there to permit me to have a drink. We all do some things illegal though. Rolling stops at stop signs, not returning extra change that you might have been given, or killing someone and hiding the body. Oh well! Peace Out!

Ok...so rolling at stop signs, speeding and the like are maybe a little different. Those are mere peccadillos, drinking illegally, Sam, is much more than that.
I have my own beliefs on the subject, which I may share with you at a later date -- perhaps over a beer on your 21st birthday! Ha!
But drinking underage, with or without a parent present, makes no difference. It's illegal. And it's wrong. So I flip out.
By your logic and your own examples, then rolling at a stop sign or killing someone and hiding the body would be legal as long as your folks were present. Doesn't make much sense does it.
